Refreshments and snacks are then provided at half-time and at the end of the match.
Sponsors & guests are then invited to join the teams at the Town & County Club for soup and sandwiches.
A host will be present in the boardroom and stand to assist sponsors and guests to enjoy their time at the Harmsworth with seats provided in the main stand for the match.
Posters displaying the Match Sponsors Name and Details are to be displayed at the tea-hut and main stand.
Sponsors Name will be read out over the tannoy system prior to team-lines being announced just before kick off.
Match promotion posters displaying the Match Sponsors Name and Details are to be displayed through out the local area prior to the match and at the tea-hut and main stand during the match.
The match sponsor will choose a man-of-the-match to be announced at the end of the match.
Match sponsors will also be listed in the fixture list in all issues of the match programme for remainder of the season.
